I have been testing an Remote Access Software that has been proven to be a real breeze to us. And it is free for personal use and even if you need it for commercial use, the price is not bad at all. Whats sets this off from others, is the price is reasonable and there is no monthly cost like you see on other brands.
There is even an mac client that you can use. On the customer side, lets say you want to help a person install a program, well, all you need is to have the person run this nice application, it doesn't need to be installed, it provides an Computer ID and a password. The Supporter (You) needs that info from the Customer and input that info on your TeamViewer Application and pronto, you are able to even control her Desktop.
It also provides an chat ability and are able to transfer files. The beauty of this excellent software is that it is able to log in quickly, no need to worry about firewalls, etc
